Thought this service you select the State of Rhode Island to have your company to be registered to doing business there as foreign company.
To be foreign qualified in the State of Rhode Island, you are required to include a Certificate of Good Standing from your company´s home State, and certified copies of all documents that you have filed there such as articles of incorporation and operating agreement or its equivalent.
