This is the State fee for filing the foreign qualification of your company in the State of Tennessee.
The basic fee is $50.00 per member in existence on the date of the filing, with a minimum fee of $300.00 and a maximum fee of $3,000.- If your LLC has more than 6 members at time of filing please contact before hiring this service.
